Returns

We try our best to ensure that we only send you the products that meet your needs. However, if you are not satisfied with the order, please contact us via email or customer service within 7 days after receiving the order.

You can return the product to our warehouse by yourself.

If you want to return the product for any reason other than product defects or incorrect orders, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

All returned products must be in unused condition, returned in their original packaging, and include all original accessories and gifted products if applicable. Please note that all returns must be accompanied by an original sales receipt.

After receiving your returned product, we will contact you by email informing you that the order is being processed.

We will not be able to refund the shipping fees, and the cost will be deducted from your refund, along with the express delivery fee for the return (upon request with proof).

Refunds

You will receive a full refund based on the price of the item minus any relevant delivery/collection fees. We will process this within 7 days after receiving your product.
