Order Confirmation

After placing an order, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order information.

The shipment confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is shipped, containing the tracking number of the shipment and a link for tracking your package on the next working day of the estimated shipping date.

Your order is expected to be delivered to the delivery address provided within the time frame specified based on your location.

If you do not receive tracking information after the estimated shipping date, please contact our customer service team at info@futurecuex.com.

Shipping Service

We use third-party shipping partners to deliver our products to customers. Our usual shipping partners are USPS.

Please note that first time purchases qualify for free shipping, and non-first time purchases qualify for free shipping on orders of $39.90 or more, unless shipping on a specific product is explicitly stated.

Please note that we offer standard shipping but no other expedited shipping options.

Shipping Time Frame

Shipping time is the time it takes for the product to arrive at your designated location. Shipping time frame is calculated from the estimated ship date to the delivery date. Please note that due to varying stock availability, each item in an order may be shipped separately therefore has different estimated ship dates.

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

For orders shipped to the United States: 5 to 12 business days after the estimated shipping date.

Missing or Lost Packages

We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please follow the instructions down below.

If you receive a delivery notification via email but your order is not received, please try:
  • Double check your shipping address to ensure it is correct and accurate, or with the receptionist of the building

Please note that delivery notifications may be issued up to 24 hours prior to actual arrival of the order. If your order is not received after 24 hours upon the delivery notification is issued, please contact us immediately so our customer service can assist you in filing your claim and send you a new replacement package.

Please note that Futurecuex does not accept any liability claim for loss reported to us after 30 days upon the date of delivery, or any loss due to the customer providing an incorrect/incomplete shipping address.
